RETURNS + REPAIRS

ONLINE RETURNS:

We have a 30 day return policy. You will have 30 days after receiving your heirloom to bring the item into the shop and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be in the same unworn condition as you received it and in its original packaging. Please bring receipt and proof of purchase. 
Return requests are subject to review.
We can not accept returns on made to order, custom pieces and/or sale items

SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS:

We pride ourselves in satisfying our customers and want you to love your pieces as much as we love making them. Please be sure to communicate clearly with the designer prior to placing a custom order to make sure all the details are correct.

We do not accept returns on special orders, custom orders, or made-to-order pieces. If you have any questions, please contact hello@universaldeco.art.

REPAIRS:

We are always happy to repair, refinish and clean our pieces whenever possible. Each piece must be assessed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to a fee. This process may take up to 8-10 weeks, depending on the complexity.

Please ship with signature required, insurance, and reach out to us with tracking information in order to insure your repair arrives safely. We kindly ask that you do not ship anything to us without contacting us at hello@universaldeco.art. We are not responsible for items returned without prior notification.
