Wholesale Terms + Conditions

• Minimum opening order is $5,000.

• Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Each piece is individually hand-made-to- order by Fernanda Durmer the owner and designer of Universal Deco and will require 4 – 8 weeks to complete. For pieces that are ready-to-ship, please allow 3 – 5 business days for processing.

• Shipping – Please allow 4 – 8 weeks for orders to ship. If your order includes customized items, production time may be extended. We will advise you of any expected production time extensions in advance. If you require expedited shipping, please indicate on your purchase order.

• Payment Methods – payment in full is required to get your order into production.
We accept the following forms of payment:
— All major credit cards (via secure payment gateway).
— Please let us know if you prefer another method and we will make an attempt to accommodate.

• Return/Repair – We accept returns for damaged or defective products only. If an item shipped to you is damaged or defective, you may return it within the first 15 days after receipt. We will make necessary repairs to the item and return it to you. You are responsible for shipping any returned damaged or defective products. Once repaired, we will ship and we will cover shipping costs and assume responsibility of shipping to you any repaired items.

• Resizing – we suggest shipping OOAK rings back to Universal Deco for resizing so we may maintain the integrity of our unique signature texture. Fees may apply depending on the scope of the work.

• Consignment – We want to see our jewelry succeed in your store and love being active partners with our clients. For items on consignment we offer a 90 day trial at which items sold will be paid for in the following month no later than the 15th of the month, ie jewelry sold in October will be paid for no later than the 15th of November and so on.
-Consignment period starts when jewelry arrives to your store and ends 90 days there after. Once period is over we can asses how to move forward.
-You will be held responsible for the loss, theft or damage of items left on consignment. The full price will be paid to Universal Deco LLC for any items lost, stollen or damaged within 30 days.
-Please credit & Tag Universal deco in any social media promotions and press whenever our jewelry, artwork and images are used and/or visible.
