Tell me about shipping?
Each Universal Deco piece is handmade to order with care and intention. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production and shipping.
We offer flat-rate expedited shipping:
• $25 within the U.S.
• $45 to Canada
• $75 international
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Express, fully insured, and require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or tariffs charged by their country.
When will I get my order?
Made-to-order pieces typically ship within 6–8 weeks.
Ready-to-ship items are sent within 4–6 business days.
If you need your jewelry sooner, expedited production may be available for an additional rush fee. Please email hello@universaldeco.art before placing your order to confirm availability and timing.
Can I customize one of your current offerings with different metal types or stone?
Absolutely! Email hello@universaldeco.art with your inquiry and our team will take it from there! Please note additional fees may apply.

When is payment expected for a custom piece?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your custom project. Since each piece is meticulously crafted based on your chosen design, dimensions, and stones, we ensure a collaborative process with no surprises. Therefore, refunds cannot be offered once the project is underway. The remaining 50% balance will be due before the scheduled shipping or pick-up date.
