Welcome to Universal Deco! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Universal Deco, LLC, a Colorado-based jewelry design studio. Universal Deco operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”), to provide you with a curated fine-jewelry shopping experience. Universal Deco is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or have parental consent) to use our Services. You agree that all information you provide—including billing, shipping, and payment details—is true, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. We may refuse or terminate accounts at our discretion.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We handcraft our jewelry using fine metals and ethically sourced gemstones. We make every effort to represent products accurately, but variations in color, texture, or pattern are natural and may appear differently depending on your device.
Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Many Universal Deco designs are custom or made-to-order. These items are final sale and not eligible for return or cancellation once production begins. Estimated production timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Jewelry Disclosure: We comply with the U.S. FTC Jewelry Guides. Metals are described by karat/fineness. Gemstones may be natural or lab-grown and may have industry-standard treatments (e.g., heat, oil, diffusion). Care instructions are included with your purchase.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Universal Deco reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. We must receive and process payment before acceptance. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not constitute acceptance until processing or shipment.
Your purchases are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and import duties (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us (and Shopify Payments) to charge your chosen payment method for your order total.
Promotions and discount codes may not be combined unless stated otherwise. Gift cards and credits have no cash value except where required by law.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders ship from Denver, Colorado. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or theft after carrier acceptance. For insured or signature-required delivery, please select those options at checkout.

All text, images, graphics, product photography, and trademarks on this site are owned by Universal Deco LLC or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international law. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission. “Universal Deco,” its logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Universal Deco LLC.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & APPS
You may be provided access to optional third-party tools or apps through Shopify. We provide these “as is” without warranties. Your use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the provider’s terms.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. Accessing such sites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms before engaging in transactions.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Universal Deco is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Universal Deco LLC. By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any part of your transaction with Universal Deco. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases with us.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information collected through our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy (shopify.com/legal/privacy). By using our Services, you consent to both policies and the cross-border transfer of data necessary to fulfill your orders.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
If you submit reviews, suggestions, or tagged content (for example, by tagging @universaldeco or using #universaldeco), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in our marketing, with credit where feasible. You must own or have rights to the content you share and ensure it is lawful and non-infringing.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally information on our site may contain errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct them, cancel affected orders, and update information at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our Services for any unlawful or abusive purpose, to violate intellectual-property rights, to transmit malicious code, to collect data without consent, or to interfere with site functionality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any prohibited use.
SECTION 14 – WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
Universal Deco warrants manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This warranty excludes normal wear, accidental damage, chemical exposure, loss, theft, or third-party alterations. Repairs outside warranty may be available for a fee. For service inquiries, contact hello@universaldeco.art.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly stated by Universal Deco, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Universal Deco’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of their possibility.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universal Deco LLC, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right. These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Universal Deco and supersede prior versions.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations under these Terms without notice.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Universal Deco consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Denver County, Colorado.
SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and material changes will be communicated as required by law. Your continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
