At Universal Deco, each piece is handcrafted to order in our Denver studio. We take great care in producing, packaging, and shipping your jewelry so it arrives beautifully and securely.
Production + Lead Time
All of our pieces are made to order.
Please allow 6–8 weeks for production prior to shipment. This timeline ensures that every detail of your piece meets our exacting standards of craftsmanship.
If your order is ready sooner, we’ll ship it immediately and notify you with tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Complimentary Express Shipping is included on all orders over $500 USD.
Orders under $500 ship at a flat rate of $25 USD.
We ship via USPS Priority and FedEx Express.
All packages are insured and require a signature upon delivery.
Please select a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your package.
Once your jewelry ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries for a flat rate of $75 USD.
Please note:
International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.
Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays or holds caused by customs agencies.
Expedited + Rush Orders
Because every Universal Deco piece is handcrafted, rush orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you need your jewelry sooner than our standard 6–8 week timeframe, please email hello@universaldeco.art before placing your order to confirm availability.
Rush orders may be subject to an additional service fee depending on the timeline and complexity of the piece.
Shipping Insurance + Responsibility
All shipments are fully insured until signed for at delivery.
Once a package has been signed for, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after confirmed delivery.

You’ll receive automatic notifications when your order ships and when it’s delivered.
